The Practice

We create pure blends of essential oils, smudges, spritzers, and bath salts for holistic cleansing. Each product is handmade in small batches using herbs and oils sourced from around the world, prepared with care and intention. Every blend is charged with sound energy, Reiki, and solar and lunar energies, and allowed the time it needs to mature by following nature's circadian cycles, sometimes taking weeks before it is ready.

Once complete, each creation is mindfully bottled by hand and packaged to preserve its high-frequency vibratory state. We work consciously, stressing recycling and mindful use of resources, always aiming to leave as light a footprint on the planet as possible. At its heart, White Horse Blessing exists to revive our forgotten relationship with nature, to reconnect with the magnificence, beauty, and wisdom of the Natural Kingdom. Our values spring from a shared desire to raise collective consciousness, grounded in the belief that holistic health and a joyful mind are requisites. The name White Horse is born from Ascended Master Avatar Meher Baba, whose symbolic representation is a White Horse.

The Founders

White Horse Blessing was founded by Rukhmini Punoose and Vijay Lalwani, whose lived practices guide every aspect of the work.

Rukhmini is a Reiki Grandmaster and Karuna Master with years of study and practice in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Lomi Lomi, Shamanism, crystal work, plant medicine healing, and Bach Flower Therapy. Through teaching Reiki, meditation, smudging, and working with essential oils, she supports others in cultivating deeper self-awareness, compassion, and unconditional self-acceptance.

Vijay brings together his work as a Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist with a background in design and strategic communication. His approach ensures that each creation carries both healing intent and thoughtful expression, guided by a firm belief that reconnection with self begins through nature.
